mii kitchen will rectify at its own expense any defects in materials supplied by or faults in workmanship of mii kitchen appearing in the works within 7 years of the date of delivery. Expect that warranty given by a third party in respect of materials, components or processes, and shall exclude for all time the guarantee of mii kitchen in respect of such materials, components or processes. mii kitchen will not vary the warranty of such third party.

Any defects appearing in the works caused as a result of the misuse by the buyer or any third party, faulty construction material and /or construction methods, or attributable to other trades, structural loads, vandalism or maltreatment, water damage are expressively excluded from the provision of mii kitchen warranty.

The reference to third party guarantees relates only to any materials or processes that are not part of mii kitchen components
